The idea to start a multi brand service centre started after being billed heavily by multiple branded, authorised service centres without delivering the services to that extent. I am a common person like any other traveller use bike as the transport for business and personal needs. I came across many service centres of multi brand who levy heavy bills on clients without any need of it. I also experienced the baseless suggestion from a non-technical Customer Care Executives or Managers.

One of the strongest reasons for us to start this multi brand service centre is to serve people like me. Who doesn’t have much technical knowledge on vehicles and it doesn’t needed tough. We educate the clients on the functionality of the vehicles and suggest the checks based on the usage rather than selling you a package. We at Janatha Garage bill the client only for the services delivered and we are very confident about that as we allow our client to our service area and let them see our care for them and their travel partners. As we all know that accidents sometimes occur due to the technical failure of the vehicle. Regular check for the vehicle is needed to avoid such instances.
